Very unprofessional. The contract for the uniform was given to them from our office..but the fitting of the pants was not good at all. when I asked for the alteration, they exchanged the pants with one of my colleagues..even after alteration the fit was not good..despite telling them, they are not accepting their mistake. So down market trailor..very disappointed

the Quality of cloth is good however , the measurement process by the tailor needs significant improvement. They should double check & ask about the overall fit to the customer, in my case , my fit of formal shirt was very tight and i had to alter it again , losing considerable time. Overall average service., however can be improved with efforts to become very good in Ganeshguri region .

Very disappointed with the fit of the blazer . Feels sad that such an investment got wasted . Will have to get it altered now . Old tailor with limited idea of new design and trend . Very unflattering fit of the final product .
