Missed seeing such horrible reviews. Extremely unprofessional. Consistent with mistakes . Please avoid getting clothes stitched here at all cost. Road tailor is better

My light yellow suit had green cloth inside, making its appearance dull. Despite promising a delivery date, they failed to deliver and provided excuses. Additionally, their prices are high, and their customer communication needs improvement. I request everyone please don't go for any tailoring or purchase purpose.

'Its you fault and not ours' is the theory they live by. Would recommend this if you want to know what disappointed feels like.
Extremely unprofessional, no skill, rude, stubborn and costly.
They will damage your clothes, and overcharge you for the cloth material, stitch them with the lowest quality and finish, and then make you feel stupid for expecting anything better.

I had submitted a suit for stitching. They simply told me that they lost the dress material. I never got my dress back neither a call from them.
Team was very rude and indifferent to me. They do not want to compensate as well saying they lost it by mistake. It was a costly dress. 😔
Also, I heard few other incidents of them missing the dress materials altogether from people coming to their shops and never got it compensated too.
Please go at your own risk. I would never recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience
Plz plz plz don't visit this place. They really charge 5 times higher than market price that too no professionalism in work. They just spoilt my lehenga. Infact you can visit a tailor named santosh boutique on the top floor of Vyapar kendra. They r Just awesome they did a great job n repaired my lehenga so perfectly n one good thing they never say no for any work as Nancy Tailor do as if they have a lot of work, cheap people, looting customers.

worst experience ever. I visited this place for getting my salwar stiched d lady thr charged me 700 for their worst stitching. This female she spoilt my dress material. They really dont know how to stitch. No models nor designs. I was shocked looking at my salwar stiched so bad which was some ones measurement not mine. she never listens to whatever we suggest her rather wud stitch as per her own interest and as how she likes. it was just like as u stiched in a street shop tho they wud b better . i gave for alteration n she took 3 days time. when i got d salwar they hv just retuned back the salwar as it was before without any alteration. Finally i felt its waste of asking her tot will add up some money n give for alteration somewhere else. worst part that i had to visit twice to get back my salwar which i had given for measurement. such worst place n people iv never seen. They wants only money n does something rubbish. People should b really careful enough without jumping into shops like ths kind. i would rate them a zero star.

Pathetic tailor, had to get the suit restiched from other tailor after getting fed up with him ( had to do to and fro 5 times for fitting of the suit). And have audacity to charge higher than market prices for poor quality work .

Terrible experience.
1. Costly as compared to Amazon or other online websites. Quality is also pathetic.
2. Unprofessional - Cloth was of different measurement than what was asked.
Acted like they were doing me a favor. My money & time was wasted, would advise others to avoid this shop!

Worst experience, should have seen the reviews here first. Delivery not on time and arrogant staff ! They did not deliver on time and said they will send it to my home but when the dress was finally ready, they asked me to collect it and denied straight that they had promised to deliver .. all this in span on 2 hrs !
