Whenever online shopping disappoints, local markets feel like a hit-or-miss, and I have zero time for malls — Palika Matching is my absolute rescue spot.
It’s a small shop, but the fabric collection is genuinely classy and far better than what you’d expect in terms of both quality and pricing. The best part? These are the kind of fabrics boutiques and designers pick up and transform into outfits worth 20K+ — and you can totally see why.
A special mention for their tailor — prompt, skilled, and reliable. Show him a reference picture and boom… he’ll stitch an almost exact replica with great finishing.
And Alpana deserves a shoutout — she has a fantastic aesthetic sense. Her picks are always on point, and you rarely walk out disappointed. From Pichwai prints to Pashmina, she truly has it all.
Highly recommended if you love good fabrics, great value, and dependable tailoring.
The pic shows how a Jamdani saree was turned into a beautiful dress. Design was mine but the expertise was their's.
I got huge compliments on this.

I had the worst experience with this shop especially the tailor who has no idea of what he is doing. In short I had to suffer a loss of 20k just because the tailor couldn’t make a few decent adjustments to the clothes he made himself. I hope no one else has to suffer like this.

The owner was ready to dye the fabric when my preferred color was not available in their shop. However, I bought the same color fabric from the market and went back there for stitching because I enjoyed our conversation, and dyeing is more expensive than buying fabric directly. The tailor did a great job and delivered the blouse on time, as promised. Unlike other shops, this tailor listened to my design preferences and executed them accurately. I didn't lose time or money with their service.

Fortuitously discovered this gem of a shop through Google local search for my sister who was visiting India and needed some traditional kurtas. Alpna Sharma, the owner of Palika store, is a wonderful lady, highly resourceful and genuinely helpful. The store has a highly skilled tailor attached and, in less than 24 hours, helped stitch 5 kurtas for my sister. Alpna is also very well aware of the latest trends and designs in traditional womenswear and I strongly recommend this shop for women seeking anything related to traditional dresses.

It's a very bad experience.the tailor with him destroyed my cloth .i would suggest not to stitch with that tailor at all.he don't know stitching at all.
