Had a really wonderful experience at the Raymond Made to Measure Gurgaon store. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process. They patiently understood my requirements, guided me with genuine suggestions, and made me feel comfortable at every step.

Post delivery update:
Changing the stars to one (that also is too much). Got the suit on time but since then i am just getting it fixed. First time the fitting was toooooo lose from everywhere including trouser. It felt as if they made it for someone else. They assured that it can be fixed and i went a week later only to find that there is still lot the remained to be desired with still issues in fitting. Also the very new suit was in pathatic condition - not even properly ironed. They promised that they will have it fixed this time and deliver to my place. Today it got delivered and i was devastated to see my money getting ruined. The suit was again not properly ironed. There were plastic wires coming out of shoulder and were piecing my fingers. The back still had lot of issues. Talked to them again with one more assurance that they will fix this time. Let's see what happens next. I will definitely come back here to update you all so that you take an informed decision. Am also going to their portal to lodge this complaint.

I stiched an Italian suit for my International client from Raymond store, Galleria Market and my experience was really pathetic. When we went at the store to buy a good quality suit, the staff proposed him a premium Italian fabric. They took the size according to his body dimensions and told it will take a month. After a month when he collected the suit and tried on an important occasion, it wore out from the pant side and made me embarrassed in front of everyone. After that we came back to the store and told them about the incident and quality of cloth. They gave assurance that they will work out on it and told to collect it after 2 months. But after such a long time they told that they can't do anything and gave reason that it happend because of sweating. I purchased it 1,25000. It was the worst experience my client ever had in my entire life . We will surely file a case via consumer court. Please don't waste your time buying anything from here.

Extremely rude, inexperienced sales staff who do not know how to treat a customer. Went for alteration but they suggested other Raymond stores. When I told them the suit was from Made to Measure, their attitude changed and were willing to listen. The tailor is also arrogant and the staff seems to be okay with his attitude towards customers. Never visiting again
