Manoj the guy who’s is working at Gurgaon store is so irresponsible . The way he was talking to a client in front of my mom dad . Still i gave my tuxido order cause I was there for 3 hours wasting time . Please it’s a request you to ask your employees to talk nicely to a client who is Paying so much . Worst very service i ever had at a designer store . Pls be safe while going there , what Manoj talks and what he does at cash desk . Be safe with it . He took my money and gave the bill and after that I saw there were no pants in the tuxido . He didn’t even inform me .

Arrogant insensitive label. Their store is just good from outside. No matter which piece you order from them, they will NEVER (I swear Never) make it the same. They can’t give you the same fitting, the same look, the same quality and not even the same buttons & fabric. All they can give you is arrogance and excuses. They say “itna to chalta h” to all your concerns and mind you, they don’t have the infrastructure or knowledge to fix your concerns. Buy from here only if you want stress in your life and bad quality with what you pay.

Pathetic experience. Very bad after sales. They commit something else and get rigid after taking advance payment. Poor experience with sales person Ajay. Very rude and highly unethical brand, staff and service. There are multiple other much better designers in the same vicinity.

Worst service ever , they messed up our coat and refused to accept there mistake... we missed our function coz the suit was not ready (wrongly stitched) ... mayank himself refused to talk to us ... ajya was on the front counter and refused to help
