Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the so called designer. The stitching and the fit was terrible, even after I repeated my preferences multiple times. The owner was arrogant, dismissive, and instead of fixing mistakes, acted like he was doing me a favour.
Even after seeing bad reviews I went with an open mind as it was near to my place .
For the amount they charge, the quality is nowhere close. You can literally buy several readymade outfits with a better fit for the same price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Also when my brother went to pick up my clothes and complained about their lying , they started calling him a drunk.

The worst designer i have ever seen in jaipur and delhi … he didn’t even know the basic concepts of design… he didn’t even know how design works and he’s full of attitude… my finance has to wear outfit on 9 and all the outfits are not fitting properly and not perfect as per the conversation and he’s telling cancel the order he didn’t even know how to talk to customers very rude

Awful customer service. Mr AB thinks he is doing the customers a big favour by providing clothes. There are no manners of talking to customers. Fitting of clothes is awful. Shameful to call this store a designer store

WORST PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a velvet tuxedo and what I get after the wait of 20 days is completely a different tux with lot of scratches on the cloth. Looks like they used the low quality material. Actually they only care about money not the customer satisfaction.

Initially I ignored the last reviews on the site and got crazy about the instagram pictures but trust me those reviews are real not the instagram pictures. So I request you all to think thrice and don't go for purchasing to this store at pitampura.

Worst Experience again! The staff is so impolite- pathetic-unprofessional- they commit a time and they don't deliver on time - then they say you take the sample which is ready!! So disappointing- there are way more better designers in Jaipur than this one!

Vinay, I am extremely unsatisfied with the after-sales service provided by this studio. My 62-year-old father had to wait for over 3 hours at your studio just to get his suit stitched. The delivery was delayed by about 15 days, and during that period, my father had to make two separate trips to the studio, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Ultimately he had to resort to pressurising ur staff that he wont leave until you deliver before his article was finally released.
As we live in Ghaziabad, it is quite time-consuming to travel all the way to your location. I had heard a lot of positive reviews about your studio, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service and delivery timelines.

The prices are like those of other big designers, but the after-sales service is not good because they don't keep their promises about delivery time. I haven't received my clothes yet, so I can't say much about them..
Fit is not so good, one will be required to take several visits for a satisfactory fit.

I have visited for the first time Vinay Rana location Pitampura,Delhi in search of wedding outfits. And found it one of the best place in NCR Location for the entire Wedding collection.
Great designs and collections by Vinay Rana for Haldi,Mehendi,Suits,Tuxedos,Formal as well as Sherwani .

I would really like to give a star but in minus or else I would prefer not to rate because the kind of professionalism you guys have I have never seen anywhere..I have so much to say I’m that much annoyed..are you seriously a designer..?? Really..? I went to Vinay Rana’s store in Pitampura and gave the measurement of my one year old son..and even gave clothes for better fitting..after all the things and Infact 3 trials I got the unfinished clothes.. we bought a pocket square as well and “THE VINAY RANA” who charge for services like anything, they give the Pocket square and tie in polythene (thaili)..that is the standard of so called “designer”!! In covid situation I had to take my one year old along for the trials because this wonderful designer doesn’t know how to stitch and what should be the fitting..At last my husband had to call the police at 11PM for settlement..they are super rude and unprofessional!! And zero knowledge about fabric and quality.. I recommend not to choose Vinay rana at all !!!!

Visited Jaipur store and liked a elephant kurta button set. It was not available so the lady store manager told me to come in 2 days.
I went after 10days, AP said she is not working anymore and he dont know about it.
So I asked him to show the picture and call from delhi. If i like it I will buy. He showed the picture and said i have to buy it to bring from delhi else he wont bring. What rubbish!
I called the store manager Jatin in Delhi that how can I buy something from picture. Send the piece to jaipur. If I like it I will buy.
He denied and said I have to buy it than only he can send the kurta buttons.
If such is an attitude, i will never visit the store again.

Pathetic service , pathetic staff and owner. They just want to get customer's hard earned money, not bother about customer satisfaction and retention (they don't know about their definitions even)
Firstly they will assure to deliver the desired product on time and then story begins. Back to back followup and arguments and atlast you will get that average looking product which is nowhere a desired one.
Also, they are very much experienced in making fool and get your money so beware

One pathetic place to get your clothes stitched from! Had a really bad experience as what they commit is never full filled. All these people out there giving positive comments and 5 star ratings are there family members. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP AT ALL !

There was no option to give a zero star so I have to give one star to it. To be honest he is such a bad designer. He charged too much ,We were fine until we were hoping that atleast it will come out as we are hoping and he said that he will design it but what happened...he just ruined all money....
