Disappointing Experience at Raymond Shop, Pitampura I recently purchased a blazer from Raymond Shop Pitampura, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The entire process felt like a trap—you’re required to pay for the fabric upfront, and once that payment is made, you're stuck. Stitching is done offsite based solely on measurements taken in-store. If the final product doesn't fit well, the only recourse offered is endless back-and-forth with the factory. No accountability. No refund. Things spiraled downhill from the first trial. They called me in, but there was no electricity in the store—no backup power either. Embarrassingly, staff asked me to try on my blazer at a nearby jewelry showroom. They then used mobile phone light for the actual fitting. Even the second trial had fitting issues. Their initial commitment was 5 days, yet the blazer remained undelivered for much longer. When I raised concerns about poor measurements, the staff shifted blame, telling me that if a customer doubts the tailoring, the measurements will reflect that negativity. Excuse me? Options like lapel width, working cuffs, slanted pockets, or lining choice? Not offered. You get what they want, not what suits you. The blazer eventually draped awkwardly, and with no refund policy and no real solution, I was left deeply dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the staff—especially the owner—became increasingly rude when I expressed dissatisfaction. Their intimidating behavior when asking for payment felt unprofessional and aggressive. Bottom line: If you value customization, quality service, and accountability, I’d strongly recommend avoiding Raymond Shop Pitampura. It caters to those unfamiliar with tailored suits—and punishes those who are.

Manager and staff is hopeless dealing with. Abusive and non cooperative in nature. I got my suits tailored from these bunch of jokers and they could not stitch them properly. Instead of doing corection in wrong tailoring they started abusing and arguing with arrogant rude behaviour saying "hamari dukaan bahut chalti hai bhaad mein jaaye public kyonki humein phir bhi business aayega'.
