I got the wedding Sherwani of my choice, and the delivery was also prioritize because of my event. Received everything on time. Fits great! All in all an amazing experience. Extremely bad and pathetic behavior of both the owners.....after giving the order and money they are very good with you as a person but when it's time for delivery they will never pick your calls. I called both the owners 15-20 times after they saying will call you back in 10 mins to give you update and after that will not pick up your call (very unprofessional). This season I had to attend 3 weddings and was totally dependent on the suit that needs to be stitched by them. Before every wedding I asked them ki ye ab prepare hojaega, they said bhaiya aap aajao apko sham tk mil jaega and all 3 times they said ki bhaiya ni ho paya that too on the same day when I have to wear it.....very unprofessional, don't know how long their business will run like this way. They had spoiled my 3 different weddings, hope people don't give them a chance to spoil even 1 of their function. Very much disappointed with you both Kapil and Kunal. Dhanda ese chalta to hai but lamba ni chalta.... According to them, they say esa ho jata hai kabhi kabhi it's just a suit, But boss mei apko btadu apke lie to bs suit hai, but mere to 3 marrige functions spoil hue hai which involve memories which I will cherish forever.. So be careful guys before purchasing from them, ye to bande ko pareshan kr dete hai kapde Dene mei...aap dekhlo aapko pareshan dikhna hai apne events pe ya khush dikhna hai, choice is all yours....be careful... I live in USA and first time I ordered Indo western style for my both sons for a function and provided measurements to Madan tailors.Also ordered one suite. The material was very nice and soft. Perfect stitching and They fit perfectly to my sons. I recommend Madan tailors & drapers for sure. Communication was very easy with them. Excellent customer service . I am going to continue ordering as we liked their service.

Extremely pathetic and unprofessional person handling this shop. from salesman to owner, everyone. Initially they will behave good but after taking the other they will forget everything and will not give you your order. Tailor who sits here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I really don’t understand how come this shop is even running. I have to wear old clothes due to this. Imagine ruining your close one’s function due to this. Will never advise anyone to go here.

Scam!!! Do not purchase from this person!! They have a trustworthy online presence through Facebook/Instagram and professional dialogue when taking your measurements and money. However, once money has been sent, they stop all communications, refuse to call you back and send items or photos of items. I have had to file a FIR and 420 case against person. DO NO BUY!!!!!!

A top notch place for customised suitings and clothing. They can deliver products beyond expectations and can easily suffice what a person wants. They are thoroughly professional and makes sure deliver what they promise. They delivered my 3 piece suit in just 2 days with all the necessary arrangements. I would highly recommend this place to people looking for customised suitings.

These are very unprofessional and immature in term of managing orders and you would not get your clothes on time and sometimes they will not complete order also. I gave order for couple of suits and kurta sets for my father and myself but finally, Kapil, the shop owner, kept lying on face that my order is ready and we got nothing but one suit from this shop. these are amateur and unprofessional boys and they have no respect for someone's time and visit at shop so, don't waste your money and better you do some more research and try to find good a tailor who values each and every cleint equally with some respect for their time. I was wondering how many people are waiting for hours to get their clothes helplessly.. then I wondered how this tailoring shop could get this much rating, I suspect the genuines and authenticity of reviews now. wedding occasion got ruined.
