I had the worst experience at this shop. I paid for a tailored suit, but what I got was a complete mess. Even though they took my measurements, nothing fit right.
The biggest problem was that the suit was asymmetrical. One sleeve was longer than the other, and the pants legs were mismatched too. I don’t understand how a tailor can make one side different from the other.
On top of that:
• The suit was two sizes too big for me.
• The blazer was way too long, it ended way below my zipper. It looked like I was wearing someone else's clothes.
When I showed them these mistakes and asked them to fix it, the tailors were not helpful at all. They started arguing with me and being very fussy. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they acted like I was the problem.
This was a total waste of my money and my time. I expected a professional suit, but I got something that fits worse than a cheap store-bought one. Do not go here if you want a suit that actually fits. They are rude and they do bad work.

Can't even make a fit pant even after 4 days
Had to visit them 4 days yet they can't do a single thing properly and think only they have knowledge about suits. Old guy at the reception is too rude and won't admit his mistake ever. Majority customer are not satisfied with them

Poor experience, go anywhere else but here, the tailor doesnt listen to you once your outfit is stitched, for fitting issues they keep on change the button placements rather than actually fitting the outfit according to your body shape which ruins the button placements and the appearance. If you say this is wrong they simply say we have been doing this for so many years. I m no expert in stitching but this much i also know if something is way off in fitting the fitting doesnt happen from button placement

Amazing experience at weeding Clothing! I found my outfit for my friend wedding, and a huge part of the credit goes to Afsar. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and had a great eye for what would look good on me. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The quality of the outfit is superb. My recent visit to the Fashion Palace store was beyond disappointing. The moment I stepped in, I noticed the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I waited for a good ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence, and when someone finally did, their attitude was cold and dismissive.
To top it off, the store had no water available for customers. After browsing around in the heat, I asked if they had any water, but the staff just shrugged and said they didn’t offer any. The experience was made worse by how unapproachable and unhelpful everyone was. I left the store frustrated, feeling like my time and business didn’t matter to them at all. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had in a retail store.

This shop dont deserve even one star. Let alone taking customer suggestion they dont even pay attention to what you want. They made me wait 10 days, 3 visits and what i got was a refund and no shame in mausin's (owner) eye.

They are complete fraud and cant be trusted for anything. They were so polite before the payment, and after payment they were so rude. I had sent all the exact images of suit on whatsapp which was finalized at the shop, still they delivered the wrong waist-coat set. Even before the delivery date, I asked for the suit pics but they made false claims that everything is fine, and didnt show me any pics. The suit was costly too - Rs. 14000

Very bad experience. Got a sherwani from here. The owner will talk to you nicely when you are booking but when you come for trial. They will try to pass on defective piece. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are far more better places in karol bagh. So don't settle for less by going to this store..

Worst experience..
I had oreder a three piece suit for stitching..but wrong fabric used and also worst fitting..
Suit is considered to be perfect only when it stitched with perferct fitting..
Don't go there...but put some more money and go other place for buying the suit.
