Did my wedding shopping with Sumit Kalra and his amazing team @Libas.
The experience was wonderful. You have to let the guys do their job. Even on a time constraints, he made sure I had all my outfits prior to my functions. I had all my 7 outfits stitched from him and he made sure I was fully satisfied with what I requested. Highly recommend to everyone.

The shop-owner will show you all the dreams when you will visit the shop. In my case, I showed him a design of a tuxedo that I got from web and that was in display in some other shop as well (1st photo attached). He asked me for some extra payment for the particular design as the design was somewhat difficult and he said he will have to make two collars that will lead to increased cost to which I agreed. Then I went to take my suit after 2 days of the date promised but it was not ready saying that the design is difficult and you can come on the next day but the same thing happened on the next date as well because my suit was not ready. Then, I finally went to his shop just 2 days prior to my function but the fitting of the suit was not at all good. In addition to this, the design of the suit was completely different against the design that I had showed to him(2nd photo attached) and when I told him that it is different, he completely changed his statement of two collars and started saying that the the design in the photo looks different only in photo and the final product will look like the one made only. I even told him that I have paid the extra amount for that particular design only but at the end he was adamant on his stand and was not at all accepting his mistake. I am also attaching the real photo of the design that I saw on some other shop (3rd photo attached) . So, my only conclusion after being his customer is to only visit his shop only when you want to spoil your functions.

I have around 6 suits stitched by him. As long as his father was overseeing his work every suit was perfect. Earlier they just used to do late delivery. Now they keep ready-made shirts no matter what your size is. They will refit that shirt according to your size after you complain.

Hello,
I think all the bad reviews are either pretty old or they have made a new team which is doing a good job. I recently got 2 shirts, and 2 Kurtas from here. As a gym guy, my waist fits an L and upper body sizes an XL due to which fitting has always been an issue. All my clothes were delivered in time and fitted perfectly well in one go. Purchased 3 suits from here. Best custom fitting provided also very polite behaviour from the staff. Also very wide variety of fabrics for suit and sherwanis. Best recommended place in west delhi.

I got my wedding clothes stiched from them in November and it was the poorest show. The shop is owned and run by 2 brothers and their father. During the first visit they will treat you like gods, they will take your sizes as if they are the most professionals ever. Also they would show you dreams of being a hero in your wedding pure amazing salesmanship , But when it comes to real delivery the clothes never get delivered on time, the clothes sizes are always wrong and doston fit in well, they don't keep margins by cost cutting and saving their clothes even though it is stitched. We paid whatever price they asked but Overall experience was Very Very POOR

Believe me ! You'll regret choosing their service. They treat you like nothing once you put your advance money in their pockets. Have very limited collection with no sense of what matches with what. They will push you to buy whatever they have in their store. I felt trapped and unconformable at one point.

Wastage of money . Suit fitting is worst and they don’t have much margin . He gave me the same suit again again that I have made changes and ultimately I had to take it due to my function . He ruined my function as I had no other option . Please don’t waste your money guys .
