We feel extremely helpless knowing that our father stood alone and was humiliated for raising a genuine concern.
After 20 years of loyalty, he deserved respect—not insults.
The issue was caused by poor tailoring and concealment of a mistake, yet the senior manager (Gaurav Chauhan ) chose arrogance over responsibility.
This experience has deeply hurt our entire family.
A brand that disrespects a parent loses all credibility.
