The quality of their material is excellent as the clothes do not fade even after repeatedly washing it. They are very customer friendly as their service is commendable. They also make sure that their packages are delivered in an environmental friendly as they don't seem to use plastic cover. They also deliver on time and always are in touch with the clients from time to time. Gentleman Rahul who handles the logistics is a genuine person. I went to this shop after reading reviews from google.Cost of stitching is above moderate.The measurement they are taking is fabulous but the outcome of the stitching is different.Measurement which they took is not matched in their stitching work.Before receiving your dress make sure your measure in the shop itself.it will help you to reduce your stress.i stitched 3 chudi and one blouse.and the correction is there in all dress which frustrate me a lot.i travelled 30 mins from my place to this shop but the result is not up to the mark .i am surprised to see only the positive review comments for this shop.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I asked to made correction both in body loose and hand length.correction was made only in hand length and not body.and the same incorrect body measurement was used in other dresses which I gave.this is for your kind information

If any alteration Comes. He didnot satisfy the Customer. He appose and reject. No refund, Our Dress material is Waste. Very Worst approch. Worst dealing. He blames to advertise in face book about 25 years of exeriance.

Dear sundar Kumar sir.. I would like to clarify.
This is about the dress ur wife gave..
Day 1) she brought a material from chennai Silks and said she searched us on Google. She had given dress in many places in coimbatore and she is not satisfied with any of them.. So she wanted to try our stitching..
She wanted to stich without lining..
The material was not a good one.. So we refused to stitch without lining.. So we added the lining cost.. She felt we might charge her extra. So she again in 20 mins of leaving the shop came again with lining cloth of 2.5 meters.. So we reduced lining cost and gave her the bill.. And proceeded with the dress.
2) she came collected the dress and said It loose in arm hole part.. Next day u brought the dress we corrected the dress.. But as the material was stretchy i said it will result in crushes so u took the dress with you..
3)Then again 3 rd time u brought the dress with a measurement dress which u feel is okay.. So we again altered the dress according to ur sample dress.. But still u were not convinced. (as that fabric was like that).
4) then 4 th time ur wife brought the dress and started to create a scene in our shop asking for full refund of the fabric cost + stiching cost + lining material cost..
*As a tailor /designer we did not advertise anywhere as full refund for stiching if not satisfied*
Even then we agreed to pay the stiching charge of 330 alone..
She still made a scene here and u also came along with ur friend another person and we agreed on paying either the stiching charge or the fabric cost. Or u said we can buy the material and give u a new material.. We agreed on the same..
5)Now She said she doesn't remember where she brought the fabric. As per her we searched pothys and Ganapathy Gandhipuram.. So we sent a staff to search.. The material was not available..
So we agreed for refund of 2.50 mtr *150 ₹= 375 + 150 lining cost total =525.. So 525 was done gpay to u.
6)Next day we got a call from ur wife demanding 950 rupees in total.( material + stiching +lining)
Which was way more than the agreed cost.. Even then i agreed for fabric refund.. But she also wanted the refund of material cost + lining cost + 330 of stiching charges + also the old stiched dress. Thats very unethical. She shouted created a scene and went ..
7) after she went i found the dress waste with price sticker along with this.. That stated that the material was purchased from chennai silk @ 100/meter only. She paid just 275 for the material but demanded 950 from us..
8)Upon confrontation she said that she doesn't remember where she brought from that's an excuse..
Next day she still visited and said ill sit here till she received the full cost of material + lining cost + stiching else she will go to police station.. We did nothing wrong.. So i said Ok madam u can absolutely go to police station. She spent nearly 3 hrs and finally left the shop warning me to recover her money any how..
This is what happened.
U also have stated here that we don't satisfy customers. Sir no one will refund u the amount if u are not satisfied we altered 3 times for u already. But the condition of fabric was such that whatever we alter u won't be happy.. So i agreed to refund.. But ur wife taking the advantage and trying to extort 950 is ridiculous.. Also she said she wanted the dress.. If the dress. Was not good what would u do by taking the dress???
