Such a terrible service. I gave 3 blouses, including my engagement and temple function blouses. They promised on-time delivery, but even after multiple calls and visiting the shop, the work was still unfinished. They said 11 AM delivery, but even when I reached at 2 PM, I had to wait another hour.
To make it worse, the measurements and designs were completely disappointing, and I had to spend extra time for alterations. Very poor service and highly irresponsible behavior. We are not getting it for free ,paying our hard-earned money.Please don’t stress yourself on your special day by choosing this shop.This shop doesn't even deserve one rating .

Worst behaviour. Should have given zero stars. They lost Blouse we gave for reference. Don't give the reference blouse also they didn't stitch the way I asked. I asked to keep my back wide and they are saying our bone will be visible so they kept it short. Such stupid reasons they are saying for bad stitching. Don't ever give your blouse here. Its waste of money

I had a very disappointing experience with this blouse designer. Initially, they promised to deliver my blouse by Friday evening. When I followed up, they informed me it would be ready by Saturday at 11 AM. However, when I arrived at the shop around 2:30 PM, I was told that it was still not ready and would be done by 5 PM.
Since I live far away, I requested that they send it via Rapido. They assured me it would be delivered by 7 PM, but when I called at 7:20 PM, they said the blouse was just ready and they would send it the next day instead.
If they had communicated this timeline from the start, I would have gone elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I will not be coming back and would not recommend their services to anyone. Now only I'm reading the reviews else would have chosen better shop

Literally had a very worst experience here. Not keeping up the delivery time. Price is also high. I gave a blouse for aari work for my wedding event and they mismatched with zari colour of the saree which costed around 13k. Asking excuses for making delay for delivery. Very irresponsible behaviour from the staffs also.

I had very worst experience here. Everytime,They did not have delivered on time. But this time, they collapsed my whole blouse and the falls in the saree came off. Hereafter, I will not come back here again.

Really I had a very worst experience..they don't even know the art of embroidery nd they re using very low quality beads nd threads..they ruined 2 blouses infact nd I felt very bad about spending money on this boutique..nd stitching s worst to the core. It made me felt soo uncomfortable nd inferior about ma clothing..

I gave my reception lehenga for stitching, and they promised a timeline of 10 days. I waited patiently, and after several follow-ups from my side, they finally said it was ready for a fit check. Since my place is really far from the shop, I clearly mentioned that I couldn’t travel every day and asked them to confirm the status properly.
The next day, I reached the shop at 11 AM, only to hear that there was still pending work. I ended up waiting for more than 6 hours, and my whole day went to waste. On top of that, I was not satisfied with the stitching of my lehenga blouse, and a few works were still left incomplete.
Even after all this, I completed the payment because they assured me that the lehenga would be couriered within a day. It has now been almost 3 days, and I still haven’t received my blouse.
I’m really fed up with their behaviour. I never wanted to leave a negative review here, but I couldn’t control my disappointment and anger anymore. To anyone choosing or referring this shop — please don’t stress yourself on your special day.
