Pauline was very patient to make the alternations that we had after the stitching and even the minute details were corrected till we were fully satisfied with the outfit. They have the best team. I had a very disappointing experience at Oosi Nool. I gave blouse material for stitching and had a detailed discussion about all the design details with a shop owner Selvi. I was asked to collect it after 10 days. While paying the advance, I clearly informed them that I would be leaving town the very next day after delivery and requested them to be extra careful, mentioning that minor alterations could be done on the spot if needed. On the day of collection, I was told in the morning that the blouse was not ready and asked to come back in the evening. When I returned, the blouse looked rushed and poorly done. The fitting was completely wrong, none of the instructions discussed with Selvi were followed, and the requested patchwork using another material was ignored. I had to sit there for more than two hours while they tried to undo and fix the mess, during which a lot of my expensive material was wasted. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I will not be returning to this shop again and do not recommend it.

Perfect Blouse for My Big Day! I got my blouse stitched here for a wedding, and I’m beyond impressed with the result! Worst stitching and even worser attitude towards customer who pointed out the faults in their stitching. I gave two salwar sets for stitching on the 9th of Aug. Since it is first time stitching with them, I said I was flexible with delivery date. So they gave me 5th of Sept as the delivery date - almost a month. It was fine with me as I didn't need them urgently. Measurements were all taken so perfectly or so I thought. And also based on reviews I thought even if it is not perfect, it will be decently good. 5th of Sept came n went, no update from their side about my order. On 6th I had to ask them whether my order was ready. They said yes and then they proceed to ask if I want knots at back. This itself raised a red flag for me. If the order was indeed ready then they should have already kept the knots and not ask about it when the customer reaches out. Because while giving measurements itself I said keep knots, then again they asked. I said yes. I went and picked it up yesterday, they were all nice on the face. They asked me to try there. Since I was drenched in sweat, I said I will try at home. And they said okay, let us know if there are alterations. I go home and take out the dress and immediately noticed they haven't kept the knots. I immediately messaged them with pictures. Then immediately proceeded to try the salwars. The tops stitching were decent, tad bit tight on the bust, decided not to bother them with that alteration as I myself can remove a few stitches and it would solve the issue. But then when I put on the pants. OMG. Godawful it was. I asked for "gathering pants". It was disasterous. Was utterly disappointed after trying them on. It was too too loose. Didn't resemble even a tiny bit like gathering pants. It was worse than clown pants. I took pictures and immediately shared my utter disappointment with them. Such shoddy work especially when they were not rushed to give immediately. They replied back giving me lecture about their working style and how they have other orders to fulfill and not just mine and just said "sorry for disappointing" after giving the whole lecture. "This is why we asked you to try it here". No matter where I tried the pants stitching was nothing short of abysmal. The inseam was way way off, the pant was too loose, the cutting itself was so shoddy. Just a simple tightening it a few inches is not going to solve it. Measurements were so off. Like seriously! If a customer is saying they are disappointed with your stitching, try to resolve the issue and not give unwanted lectures about your working style. Who cares about your working style when my clothes stitched by you is below par. Once I pointed out how bad their stitching was, their whole attitude shifted. Didn't own up to their mistake but blaming the customer for not trying the clothes in the store. What the heck! How does it matter where I try the clothes? If your stitching was good it should be good where ever I try. Then on top it I again need to book an appointment it seems for rectifying their mistake it seems. Seriously. Like I said "Worst stitching, Even worser attitude when customer expresses their disappointment". NOT WORTH THE WAIT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

For the past couple of years, I’ve been getting my blouses stitched from Oosi Cool. The main reason I went back to them was their quick delivery, even though the finishing hasn’t been great and the prices are on the higher side. This Diwali, I requested them to stitch just one blouse. They accepted the order, but on the day of delivery, the blouse wasn’t ready. I had to wait for over an hour while they were still stitching it late into the evening. Eventually, they told me it would be delivered via Porter. We came home trusting that it would be delivered as promised, but there was no update from their side. Despite several attempts to contact them, I received no response. Finally, around 10 PM, I got a message from Porter saying the parcel was on the way. Oosi Cool didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me that the blouse had been dispatched, nor did they follow up to check if it had reached safely. This experience was very disappointing. Even if it's just one or two blouses, it's for a special occasion, and I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and respect as a customer. I appreciate them taking the order, but the way they handled it made me feel like I wasn’t valued at all. Every customer matters — no matter how big or small the order is.

They promised a delivery date of 25/10/2025, but the experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite calling them a day before the delivery date and requesting at least one saree to be ready, nothing was done. Even after multiple follow-ups and phone calls, the work was still not completed. Today is 05/11/2025, and I am still going to the shop repeatedly just to get my clothes back. They take detailed measurements and notes but completely fail to follow them. The team is irresponsible, careless, and has zero respect for the customer’s time. To make it worse, their charges are very high, so I expected a proper boutique-level experience — but what I got was the worst service ever. I genuinely regret choosing this place. I would not recommend Oosi Nool to anyone looking for timely or professional stitching services.

Today is 05/11/2025 and she is still going to the shop to get the work done. Totally irresponsible team, poor service, zero professionalism. They take all details but don’t follow them, and the charges are unnecessarily high. Would never recommend Oosi Nool, Velachery. Huge waste of time and money.

** Oosi Nool Tailoring, Velachery — Waste of Time, Money, and Peace of Mind!** Honestly, this is one of the most unprofessional tailoring places I’ve ever come across. They take full payment, promise delivery, and then vanish. When you go ask, suddenly the excuse is, *“no power, madam.”* Every time some new story only. Tailoring itself is hopeless. No matter what measurements you give, they’ll somehow mess it up. You ask for a simple kurta, they’ll return something that looks like it’s made for another person entirely. The owner — always seen eating something oily and then touching new clothes with the same hands. No manners, no etiquette, no professionalism. Acts like she’s doing a big favour by talking to customers. Staff also same attitude — not one person takes responsibility. And what’s worse — if you’re from her own *( not mentioning - IYKYK) * circle, suddenly you get special smiles, extra attention, all that. The rest of us? Treated like we don’t exist. Nothing against the community, but the bias is very obvious and honestly quite sad. Especially when those same influencer types from her circle keep promoting this place like it’s heaven on earth — clearly not our experience! Overall, Oosi Nool is full of excuses, delays, and badly stitched clothes. Big talk, zero delivery. Please don’t waste your money or patience here. There are way better tailors in Chennai who actually respect their customers.
