Naach Boutique and Premium Tailoring

Worst experience I had so far. ZERO accountability, ZERO responsibility, ZERO value for money. I got this blouse stitched at Naach Boutique TNagar and after just one use, stiches from shoulder area have torn. It is for silk saree and blouse is also silk material. When asked about it, their reply: “Pattu blouse na kiliya dhan seiyum” When I asked to the manager, he told he would do patch work and give me. It has been TWO MONTHS and no effort to see why it has happened and how they can correct it. This has been sitting on their shelf for last two months. When I asked to their manager about it, all I got was abuses and curses. When the situation gets out of hand, talking to the higher ups is still a bigger problem. No response from anyone. I have paid around Rs.6000 and they told they cannot do anything about it. Vaangura kaasuku konjam nermai irukum nu ethir paathan, but ematram dhan kedachidhu. Replying to your reply to the review: Dear Naach Boutique, When did your management ever tried to attempt to even look into the issue which I was trying to tell for the past 4 months? I was always patient and was waiting for your reply regarding my concern but all I got was false promises and empty responses. For last 2 months, the blouse was sitting in the same place and only dust have formed over the cover. This proves that your management did not even try to look why it has happened. Even no correction was made to the damaged blouse. I am mot here to make any baseless accusations or drag anyone down. I resorted to give my views here as I did not even get a proper response. My experience was disappointing in the Madipakkam branch . The blouse stitching quality did not meet my expectations. When I raised the fitting issue, it was attributed to my body shape rather than addressing the stitching itself, which I did not find satisfactory. The charges were quite high, and the cost was not communicated clearly at the beginning. When I asked for an explanation, the response was reluctant and not very courteous. I hope they improve their stitching quality, transparency, and customer service in the future.

I had been to this boutique 10 days back to stitch my daughter's two blouses. They have totally damaged one blouse and another one they haven't even touched. So many calls and visits. So much of tension as my daughter is leaving to US tonight. Still the blouses are not ready. Madipakkam center is the worse boutiques I have ever come across. No proper co-ordination between the Manager and the tailor. The contrast saree part of the blouse has been lost. I wasted my time and I digged in all their scrap gunny bags kept outside the shop. Still couldn't find. The tailor had thrown out. Full money had been taken in advance. I have no other option but to move to consumer court. Though time consuming I would atleast get a refund. No receipt for money, order taking is just oral, no delivery date. Most unorganized tailoring unit. How can they lose a material, stitching was horrible. They cannot stitch what we are showing. I pity the owner, whose reputation is being damaged by the staffs. Big hype by the you tubers, but for common people, only court has to help. Unfortunately I have no pictures to attach

After seeing many reels I had visited this place to stitch few blouses for my daughter who had come down from US. Given materials a week back. They had taken huge full payment in advance. They promised to deliver in 3 days. After 5th day when no calls came I followed up. They are not picking up the calls. After many attempts they picked and they said they have some doubts. Now I am stuck having paid the money, blouse is not ready. Guys please do not go to places after seeing the reels posted by you tubers. They are just promotional videos for views and ratings. In reality they are fake and doesn't work for common people.

This is my 1st time with naach t.nagar branch. I have seen their reviews in instagram and came here.. must tell, wonderful work. I gave the blouse around 1pm and asked for delivery by eve.. they were on time... and the work was not compromised. Perfect fit and loved the way the staff lasmi guided me and supported. Coming again for more blouse and chudi stitches.

After seeing Instagram reaches there' for 1 hr stich, delivery was quick but stich for boutique is not to the level. listen to the requirements for stitching since cloths are bought in higher rates but it's getting spoiled by stich.. Few months back gave a blouse for stitching with a puff on the sleeve which was no where visible later. for that the owner had charged me 950Rs, which is quite expensive..Also, the knot which was placed backside of blouse came out in one wash.. which is waste of money... The attitude shown towards me was a bit harsh which made me feel bad also made me to decide not to visit this place ever again. P.S. this was stitched few months back and I feel bad whenever I see my blouse and also which made me to realise now atleast that I have to rate this with my feel bad experience which had wasted my money, material and time. #late_review but this might help someone indeed.

I recently got my outfit stitched here and I’m extremely happy with the result. The stitching was perfect, and they took the measurements very accurately. The team has a very friendly and approachable attitude, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. They also delivered the outfit right on time, which I truly appreciate. I had my worst experience with them Like staff were not at all polite Very poor costumer service And rude response I asked for hangings in neck and hand they charged me 1500 for both Then on the day of delivery they only added hanging in the neck when we asked abt hangings in hand they said we would charge extra 500 But they clearly mentioned earlier it was 1500 for both hand and neck Too pricy for such a cheap work They lack coordination. They didnt even accept their mistake they were like no madam we never said it was 1500 for both !! Then we showed them the bill in which they have clearly mentioned that hangings should be added to neck and hands I asked for blue hanging they added white pearl hanging For the price i paid i was not at all satisfied .

I don’t understand how they call themselves premium boutique when they don’t get even a princess cut with a decent fit. Regretting the decision of following Instagram influencer to choose a place like this and spoil my saree. When they told me the cost I got super excited thinking the fit would be extraordinary, but even my street corner tailor would have done a better job than this. I visited last week to get a blouse stitched. I found some issues, and trust me, even in this busy schedule of diwali, they were polite, welcoming and redid the work already done. Very worst boutique of chennai silks naatch boutique both ramnagar and Velachery. They charge very high cost but not worthy stiching. They even hear any alteenation with concentration. The girl in velachery chennai silk dont adopt the measurements properly even though given correct sample .Totally my salwar and blouse were spoiled by them

Very disappointing experience. The measurements were completely wrong. They wasted a lot of material, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive when I raised concerns, they cut the call, showing no accountability or willingness to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values quality stitching or professional service.

***DO NOT VISIT*** Very poor, have to alter my dress thrice. I will not recommend this place. Not worth for the cost of ₹1200 basic stitch with process cut for blouse and No designs on back or hand or aari works, for simple design they charge too much. Especially don't trust reel in Instagram saying 1hour stitch, totally bull shit. They took 10 days to stitch and not perfect too.
