Had the most terrible experience, My bridal lehanga blouse was messed up. For their professional charges and act up on their timely delivery was made to wait for more than an hour inspite of calling and fixing a time to pick up the delivery. they are not worth a dime and the attitude the partner madam showed was the best customer experience everrrrrrr. Will not recommend this place unless you have too much money and time to spend

We got in touch with Dhanalaksmi over WhatsApp and she got in touch straight away to come in the next day for measurements. Within 48 hours we had our blouse! The customer service was great and would highly recommend, the blouse came out amazing!

I did the aari work for men Muhurtha shirt here. They were very patient to get the requirements in detail and explained what is possible and not. Though they asked for more time to finish the work, work was completed on promised time and gave timely updates on the progress. the quality of the output was exactly matching my expectations which made the experience even more satisfying.

I had a saree made into a salwar suit- in fact had 3 of them done here. Their work is really good. Quite pricy though. Saree to salwar suit conversion is 1800 Rs but for every customisation detail like a neck pattern, pockets, border detailing etc etc you pay extra and my sets each came upto about 3500 with GST of 5% or 7% according to your mode of payment.

Had the great experience of getting 2 blouses stitched perfectly in one day as I needed them for an event. Fit was perfect & delivery was on time. Felt comfortable when measurements were taken by Dhanalakshmi who explained clearly of what kind of neck would be suitable for me instead of going with the trend of U shaped low neck in the back.

My experience with Fabloon boutique has been overall positive with a few hiccups. I give them high marks for neatness of the premises, responsiveness/ease of communication (thank you Synthia), customer service and timeliness in delivering requested items. Stitching quality, embroidery and finishing were also quite good. Where I would wish to see improvement is in more attention to detail in the design stage, some more sample pictures of the designs besides what is on the website and some more experience with long sleeve designs. I went to Fabloon with the intent of establishing a longstanding relationship with a tailor in Chennai. Despite the limitations of having a short 2 week window in Chennai to get tailoring done Synthia was able to get 3 sari blouses, 2 salwar kameezes and 3 pattu pavadai sets made. From the the start Synthia communicated with me via Whatsapp to understand the scope and cost. My 12 year-old daughter and I went for measurements as soon as we arrived in Chennai. Synthia spent over an hour taking our measurements and going over the design. Two of the pattu pavadais were converted from my saris. One pavadai was a conversion from bodice-style to tie at the waist and fabrication of a new matching blouse. Within 48 hours the first pavadai and pair of blouses were done so we could trial them. I was really impressed with the pattu pavadai which achieved the classic old fashioned look I was going for. There were only a few minor adjustments that were done right away. The finish was neat with overlock stitching and smooth seams. The extra tuck to extend the height in the future was also nicely concealed in the border. One of the sari blouses (3/4 sleeve, close neck) however needed a few more adjustments (namely open up the sleeve to allow bending at the elbow). After being satisfied with the 1st sample I gave the remainder of the order which was ready for trial a week later. The salwar kameezes unfortunately were a disappointment. The sleeves were so tight that we couldn't even pull them all the way on. The tailor neglected to leave a zip or buttons to be able to get it over my bust. When the design is meant to be so tight fitting it seems like that should be obvious. A zipper was added later. The salwar for my daughter was too short and had to be lengthened. The armholes in the kurta were too tight, I think because they were cut wrong. The last pavadai was a mixed result too. They converted the bodice to tie at waist very neatly. The embroidery work on the new matching blouse was outstanding. However the cut of the blouse sleeves was wrong and again they did not take into account the fact that the elbow width is wider than the upper arm. Unfortunately despite trying to adjust the arms, side and arm hole multiple times it still never quite fit right (you can see the assymmetry). We did not have time to come back and pick up the items after the final adjustments but Fabloon was able to courier it to where we were staying before leaving India. I think had we had more time we could have gotten a better result. I also suspect there is a difference in style sensibility for those living in Chennai and elsewhere. Especially in the US, we kids tend to dislike the super form-fitting styles that restrict movement and scratchy fabric. Overall I would choose to work with Fabloon again.

I have been in Chennai for past two years and i was not satisfied with my blouse stitching. I finally came across about their store and i was very happy with the stitching and hospitality. I am very satisfied because finally i got a place where they do exactly what you were asked to do. And delivery also on time which I experienced first ever wit a tailor or designer

I stitched my wedding, reception, Nalungu and engagement blouses with them. I was little sceptical at first because i have never used them before but, i must say they did a great job. Absolutely brilliant service! This was my first time using a stitching service in Tamil Nadu, so I was a bit nervous — but the outcome was superb. As someone who’s smaller with a bigger bust, I often struggle to get the right fit, but they got it perfectly right. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend them!

This is by far the worst tailor in the city. They are a bunch of basic tailors with basic tailoring skills and definitely don't deserve the name "boutique". A staff named Vaishali seems to be keen at first and you feel assured to leave your expensive fabrics only to come to such a disappointing outcome. Despite making several promises in the beginning, half of the requests were forgotten. And when questioned, she said that "she was not aware" because she forgot to write them down herself. Also, they steal your fabric. Not expecting to get the leftovers but the fabric isn't used as initially discussed. For example, my top required lining on the sleeves which I had mentioned but was forgotten just like many other things. Zig-zag lines instead of straight lines for finishing on the garment and when questioned, the fault is in the "fabric" and not in their stitching. As if they don't use industrial machines and other suitable equipment. Not just that but the customer service is just as awful. The customer has to follow up on everything. They do not discuss any design changes with the customer despite having all their contact details. The "boutique" is overstaffed with staff but the waiting time to be attended is 20 minutes at minimum. At most times, you can hear them in the rooms talking so loudly and listening to music. To sum it up, expensive with horrible and unprofessional customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone in my social circle. There are better tailors in T-Nagar who can get the work done for far less and better quality.

This was my first experience with Fabloon, and I must say it was wonderful! Initially, I was a bit worried about blouse stitching, but their team handled everything very politely and made me feel comfortable. The service was excellent, and they truly did a 10/10 job. The blouse fitting was perfect – prince-cut style with a back hook and round neck – the finishing was neat, and the final look turned out amazing. It was absolutely worth the money, and they delivered exactly on time as promised. I had this blouse stitched for my sister’s marriage, and it came out really well. I’m so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Fabloon to everyone!
