I became a customer in 2016, drawn by her reputation for quality tailoring. Over the years, she has crafted many beautiful pieces for me and my daughter. However, my recent experience has forced me to end our business relationship on a disappointing note. For an important family function, I entrusted her with a set of items to be stitched. I noticed that she no longer provides a due date card, instead giving a tentative date that she often changes at her convenience. She now claims to be a "tailor on demand," but this seems to be an excuse for her lack of prompt delivery. When I called to check on my dress as per the committed date, she was unable to deliver because she was busy making school uniforms. My point is, if you cannot meet a deadline, do not commit to it. Finally, when I went to collect my blouse, I was shocked by the collateral damage she had done to my materials. The measurements were completely wrong, and she had not followed any of the specifications I provided. When I questioned her, she failed to take responsibility and did not offer any corrections. Despite the poor quality of her work, she charged me in full without any guilt or attempt to rectify the situation. I was taken aback by her confidence in her faulty work. In 2016, she was eager for customers and money; now, it seems she no longer values either. I paid her in full and left with a defective blouse, feeling humiliated at the family function due to her careless work. Furthermore, I had planned to have another blouse made along with the wedding blouse. After this disappointment, I asked her to return the blouse I had given her, as I no longer felt confident in her abilities. She didn't even bother to ask why I was taking it back, showing the lack of value she places on long-time customers. In 2016, I became her customer after reading good reviews. In 2024, I am forced to write this review and walk away from Award Tailors with deep disappointment.

I have 1st tried engagement blouse and became a fan for her stitching and her designing is also very creative . I have given 6 blouses for marriage and it was perfect and neatly done . Beautiful aari work done in my blouses and worth for the money and affordable too. One of the best designer in Chennai. Will suggest to everyone in t.nagar for better and best blouse stitching 😍.

I had all my wedding blouses stitched at Award Tailors back in 2022. Each blouse was beautifully crafted and hand embroidered and has lasted very well despite multiple uses over the years. The owner anty is very nice and professional. Easy to talk and discuss about your designs and budget. I live in overseas- I planned my babyshower in short notice and my mom approached her to get my blouse done ASAP. she delivered my besigned blouses in 4 days (3 designedblouses). The designs was amazing and classy 😍. I always love her work. Previously in 2019 she did all my sister wedding blouses (nearly 11+) all were amazing. I 100% recommend this place.
