Dear Laurel, We would like to clarify our side regarding the gown stitching. The gown was stitched specifically for your sister. At the time of collection, your mother viewed the gown and immediately stated that it would not fit, without your sister trying it on. She then asked for a reduction in the cost. We politely explained that without a trial, it is not possible to determine fitting issues, and requested that your sister visit our store to try the gown so that any necessary alterations could be rectified. However, the discussion focused solely on reducing the cost rather than allowing us the opportunity to correct any fitting concerns, which we did not find reasonable at that stage. We also have CCTV footage that records the interaction and the manner in which the discussion took place. Despite this, we contacted your sister over the phone and requested her to kindly collect the gown. We also assured her that if she was not satisfied after trying it, we would be open to discussing a price adjustment. Unfortunately, we were not given this opportunity, and instead received a negative review stating that the cost was reduced. We are still more than willing to resolve this matter amicably. However, we request that any concerns with the stitching be shown to us clearly so we can understand where the issue lies. Without a trial or specific feedback, it is difficult for us to address the concerns being raised. We value our customers and always aim to provide the best service possible, and we remain open to sorting this issue in a fair and professional manner.

Sorry for the inconvenience . The hooks was stitched little loose and our team apologised and fixed it immediately when you came to the shop . Please understand you have been calling my staff number who is no longer working with us and we had informed you earlier as well . Also ours is reputed a boutique where we never put our customers and our staffs down and blame them for what we are accountable . We only take Constructive feedback and not false information.
