I was not satisfied with the work they did . And the lady will speak full of sugar coated words a if she is the best boutique owner, full of boasting but nothing worth regarding the aari work Very thin layer of work has been done not even half inch and charged 3000 plus 1000 for stitching. It was urgent requirement that's y gave it on one Monday in heavy rain. But it was not touched till thrusday. Will spoil ur clothes money and time worst experience

She does not deserve one star too.Dont fall into the trap of her sugar coated speeches.
They are only focused on bridal blouses with heavy payment.They should say upfront if not interested on ordinary blouses or simple aari blouses ( around 4k)
She has spoiled my 2 Kurtis( asked for a boat neck which they made very deep neck both front and back) and another kurti was very tight and also one aari blouse which costed around 4k had fitting issues.
Gave for alteration which was returned back to me without any rectification after few months and after several followup calls,through courier since my place far away from their place.
This incident was one year before and the reason why I am writing this now is that I thought of not spoiling their name but couldn't control my anger whenever I see the clothes given to her for stitching unused simply lying on the cupboard.Its hard earned money.
After receiving payment they would forgot who u are and you would have to beg for their service.

I am her customer since more than a decade, almost 12 years now and she never fails to astonish me every single time, be it a regular stitch or a sophisticated one. Can reach out to her anytime in case of any alterations too. Punitha, that's her name ... She matches designs to your piece of cloth and turns that to a wonderful one. Sticks to her promise. Specially bridal blouse, one can just trust and give it to her to see how amazing the result comes out to be. Keep up the fantastic work akka.. Best wishes

Worst experience ever! Never seen such an unprofessional person. The owner claims to be the best in business but does even have the basic courtesy to return our calls anymore.
We gave a blouse for stiching last year. She delivered the stiched product on time but the stiching of the blouse was not as requested. The sleeve length was smaller than the length we asked for. When asked about the difference, the owner accepted that its the mistake of her tailor and she would fix it after the ceremony. We had to adjust with what was provided since the ceremony was near and there was not much time. We paid her 7200 rupees!!
We had returned the blouse for alteration on Dec 2022 and ever since she doesn't respond properly. The blouse is still with her as I post the review now (July 2023). No reponse to calls, she isn't available if we visit her store. Today went to her place and managed to call her from one of her Tailor's mobile. She said she will Dunzo the blouse. Not hoping her to do so, given her track record of responding back!

Delivery was on time and had a nice experience. Punitha is such a warm person to be with and has a good sense of fashion that syncs with our thoughts. Good luck ...

Worst experience!!!
We did the transaction on the month of August 2021.
Owner name Punitha if you say correction they will never do and will give the following reasons;
1. Don't say mistakes on my tailoring i have 12 years of experience.
2. You didn't give us the right inputs
3. We missed to capture the info that you have given since we are busy
4. The cloth that you provided wasn't good quality.
5. We never received compliant's before.
We gave 6 to 8 clothes become tired of asking correction, on the whole we lost 6000 rupees!!!
Please Beware of these, I would advice to avoid the tailoring shop.

For starters,punitha is sucha warm and cheerful person and it's makes it so easy to interact.tastefull designs,very neat finishing,very affordable price and I got my order before the delivery date..dont have any seconds thoughts.jus go for her,you won't regret it.

I am not new to this shop... That's the third time I went to her shop for stitching my wedding blouse... All her previous works were really appreciable.. and that made me give my wedding blouse to her. It took me nearly 5 visits to get my blouse back... When I went for the third time, the design I suggested was not there, quite disappointed.... I was like, it's ok... I needed some corrections in my blouse, so I didn't get it back... Next time, I came after calling her... The shop was closed.... I didn't say a wrd... And the last time, again the blouse was kept untouched... I really ran out of my mind.... She gave me excuses and asked me to come again tomorrow... Tats it. I got my blouse with those corrections undone.... My exams are nearby... I was already running out of time...I got disappointed with your wrk madam.... Sorry. This is too much for anyone....Thanks.

This is worst experience this lady shld learn to respect customer n satisfaction. She used the words which is not supposed to be used. She is also a lady n having 2 girl daughters. The way she hurted me karma I'll not leave her.

Worst stitching 2000 rs waste. Girls pls don't give any blouse to her she spoiled my 2 blouses. All false promises we cannot trust her.... Zero rating very very poor..,............
