Absolutely horrible and highly unprofessional. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Do yourself a favour and find another tailor—this place is a complete waste of time. I called FOUR times before visiting and clearly explained that I wanted the first outfit done properly so I could give 5–6 more. I even clearly asked for confirmation that she would actually be there before starting my trip. After all that, when I reached the shop, she casually tells me she isn’t there. Then she starts playing word games, saying she only meant the shop would be open-not that she would be present. Nonsense. Ridiculous and dishonest! Two people were sitting in the shop, totally clueless and unable to help, saying the owner had “just left.” When I asked who would take measurements, they said it would be the “master” (apparently this tailor lady) and she was not available. To make things worse, she started yelling at me on the phone, asking what my problem was-acting like it was my fault for expecting her to be there, after multiple calls where she never once mentioned she wouldn’t show up. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Clearly doesn’t care about customers, especially new ones. This so-called business is a joke. Save your time, energy, and money—skip this place and go to someone decent, who actually respects their clients. UPDATE: Just looked up all the 1 star reviews and they are all consistent with my awful experience. Take a moment to read all the negative reviews before you decide to go here.
