Owner VJ Fashion Tailor Veeramani at Adyar was very polite and courteous.He took measurements for my pant perfectly.Within 2 days he stitched and sent it through courier very promptly.Received the new pant well stitched with comfort regular fit.I would strongly recommend this tailor.

Worst tailor I’ve ever dealt with. Poor stitching, arrogant attitude, and only cares about money. Avoid at all costs. Worst tailor experience ever. Completely money-minded, rude in behavior, and delivers extremely poor-quality stitching. No professionalism, no respect for customer time or feedback. I regret giving my clothes here . total waste of money and effort. Never going back.

A serious warning to anyone considering this tailor
please don’t make the same mistake I did. Horrible attitude, greedy mindset, and worst stitching quality I’ve ever seen. Spoiled my clothes and refused to accept any fault. Don’t fall into their trap, they talk big but do nothing. Absolutely not worth a single rupee.

Gave expensive material for tops and 6 blouse pieces for lining. He is supposed to be a good tailor so went by that. But his behavior was totally unprofessional. For 10 days there was no response. No idea on how much it would cost or when his delivery would be. All calls, whatsapp messages and sms went unanswered.. Had to drive all the way back and we just took our material back. This is the tailor with the basement shop but he also works out of a shop on the ground floor

If this is the shop in the basement of Gokul Arcade, Adyar. Owned by Veeramani. This is my experience - I gave material for stitching kid’s chudidhar n women’s blouse. For both I gave sample pieces and the owner mentioned that he will give it to his “master” who will do a fantastic job. I was in a lookout for a tailor n I got fooled by the website of this tailoring shop and I trusted this person to do a good job. The kids chudidhar neck hole was so tiny that it didn’t even go through the child’s head and was stitched without any buttons in the back. Coming to saree blouse….sorry to say I have never seen such a horrible stitching. I still believe this person is good at stitching something otherwise he wouldn’t have a shop. But when it comes to chudidhar or saree blouse - this is the worst place. Whatever I stitched was useless no one could wear it. I wish the owner was honest n said he does only school uniforms or whatever he knows, he should have said that he doesn’t know how to stitch saree blouse or chudidhar.
