A textbook case of “Naam bade, darshan chhote.” Despite branding themselves as specialists in men’s tailoring, particularly suits and blazers. The reality could not have been more disappointing. I recently entrusted them with my H&M Edition blazer for a minor internal stitch that had come undone. What followed was nothing short of sartorial vandalism. What should have been an invisible, internal repair was instead executed as a crude, external hand stitch, the kind one learns in childhood. To add insult to injury, the stitching was done using black thread on one side and electric blue on the other, on a black blazer!!! The lack of basic professionalism and aesthetic sense is staggering. Even worse, the back of the neck panel is pure satin. A fabric that is notoriously delicate and prone to damage when pierced. This repair should have been done from the inside to preserve the integrity of the fabric. Instead, the satin has now been permanently perforated, leaving visible holes that cannot be undone. I was assured, confidently, that the blazer would be restored “exactly as it was when purchased.” They kept it for an entire week. This is what I received in return. For this irreversible damage, I was charged ₹250. Beyond the financial cost, the real loss is trust. A garment that was perfectly wearable has now been rendered compromised by sheer incompetence. I will never return, and I would strongly urge others to think twice before placing their clothing, or their confidence, in such hands.
