Worst tailoring service. We visited twice to get the bandhgala fixed, but they couldn’t even identify the issue in a garment they themselves stitched. Eventually, an outside tailor found that the problem was due to incorrect padding stitching. You may find good fabric here, but the tailoring quality is extremely poor.

Purchasing with such high cost but the tailor they hired damages the interest. Stiching cost is high but doesn't stiches well to fit also untrained tailors. Every thing defective. Waste of value

Their tailor sews very poorly. They don't know how to sew at all, and they make the designs wrong, too…It is a good place to buy clothes but don't give for stitching, they will charge more money and will do bad stitching.

Very low quality materials.. color of the fabric washed away with simple machine washed. This is unacceptable at all after spending huge amount on fabric and stitching.

Good place to get textiles, I personally bought textile fabric and it was good. They also have readymade garments for men and women. Hospitality is good, they offered clean drinking water and the sales man asked if i would like to have coffee or cold drink. The owner and his son also monitor sales which is actually good for the business and for the customers.

When I purchased approx 31000 of kurta pcs they haven't checked all the materials and gave me a colour fade one.when I came to know about it they started playing with me and said they will call me but it's already 15 day.very much pathetic their pcs are so costly and that too after selling colour fade pcs also they are denying

Utsav has wide variety of Fabrics,kurtas, sherwani and many more ethinic clothes.
They do have some good and unique designs. Visited this Shop and buyed a kurta set worth Rs5000/- and the quality of the kurta was awesome. But the shop only has a couple of trail rooms which i didn't like, I had to wait for 5-10mins to try my new clothes

We gave three blouses for stitching for expensive sarees. They charged rs4000. But I must say this the worst stitching for very high charges. I would not recommend this to anyone. It spoiled our mood in the function. Their quality doesn't match to their brand and big shop and setup.

Location is really good. Customer friendly behaviour. Though price is little high but fabrics available here is awesome. Variety of woven materials, dress pieces, designs, colours are up for grabs. But it's not a shop for ladies readymade western apparel or casual wear. Well....worth a try. I recommend.😊

Bad experience here. The tailor doesnt have any sense of how to understand instructions. For instance I gave them a shirt to alter and they chopped off the sleeves. They don't have a sense of the customer's schedule. They asked me to make multiple trips to the store just for 1 shirt. Highly disappointed with the service. Please be careful before ordering anything here. You might just end up wasting your money and time.

Nice collection of casual, formal and especially indian ethnic wear. If you want more specialised collection, please opt for fabrics. The fabric variety are great and awesome. Just a word of suggestion, if you know a good tailor please avoid tailoring your fabric here. Costs are already on the higher side and in the name of customisation and designer tailoring they will quote you a hefty amount. On top of the that the delivery ETA is very high. So seek options carefully. Very bad experience. A wolf in a sheep's clothing. The tailor gives a very sheepish and fake smile and sweet talks while receiving order. While delivering it's really bad. He lacks good insights on latest trends and still follows age old styles.

On of their staff named as Nibedita designer....what i will say about her..she dont know about type cloth name and material type ....
Total staffs are useless non coperative..

I had my first and last wedding reception dress stitched here. It was a terrible experience. The novice dress designer completely ruined the design of my dress, and while trying to cover up the faulty designs, she kept adding and stitching more, which ultimately resulted in a dress that was unwearable. I lost 15k to this. I do not at all recommend this boutique to anyone out there. They didn't even care to issue a refund or a discount of any form, for the mess they created.

Unique and too many varieties of clothes but staff behaviour is 3rd grade... They should hier people who can handle customer politely... Person who purchase things of 20000/- or 200/- both should be treated same, they should not be bias... 0 ⭐ rating for sales agent. People don't purchase things for discount they purchase things for satisfaction. Utsav should teach this to their agent.

Pastel hue
Kindly fire your incompetent staffs or teach them how to deal with customers. This is not the way one supposed to do their business. We don't need to be treated as kings or queens.
Staffs are least interested to show the products as if they are paying us. There were only 2 other customers apart from us yet they didn't show any interest. Sadly we had to leave.
I don't think we will ever visit again.

I had an amazing experience shopping from Utsav. The salespeople are approachable and friendly. They suggested what would look good on me and hit the bulls eye. One can buy the cloth from here and get it stitched from the in-house Masterji. I shopped for a lehenga for a wedding. I had really less time on my hands but they made it quick and hassle free. I totally recommend shopping from here. They have a wonderful collection and amazing service (the best in Bhubaneswar) and that's saying something.

Horrible experience!! They have hired one so called designer who is supposed to give designs it seems.she is one of those naive designer who does not even know how to take measurements.whatever dress you give for stitching horrible fittings.irony of the situation designer will not be able to figure out where the problem is.she will put up a face to ask" isme kya problem he" measurement is fine how come the dress is tight!! Like really measurement is fine and dress is tight how dumb is that statement!!! Local tailors are far far better than this so called designer hired by Utsav.

Nightmare! They made me a worst wedding reception gown. Fitting was at its worst. It was a good fit from my upper bust all the way to my waist but the left shoulder-fit was awful even after many attempts, & in the process my mid-neck design got shifted to my left side. To top it off, the designer's skills were even lower than those of an amateur meaning my dress was rendered unwearable (largely bcoz of the weird designs at weird places).

Its a very good store for all wedding shoping as well as regular kurtas, premium saree & designed sherwani,kurta and suits.well behaved people as well as good ambiance. Kurta collection in utsav are very good,in terms of both quantity and design.

Good collection but prices r very high compared to other places the tailor stitched my kurta which was quite average compared to the stitching charge

Very bad service in stitching... avoid the tailoring service they have, spoil all the lehenga, dresses. Nothing is made to order, they completely damage your dresses.

The sales person are not polite . They don't even bother to hold up there customers . I said them I have seen the.same cloth piece at other place at a lower price . The salesperson very rudely replied that then go to that place . We don't keep low price ranges . They don't even know how to talk nicely to their customers .

One of the oldest textile store of Bhubaneswar . Has a wide range of fabric materials for suiting and shirting. They also have a readymade dress showroom which houses all premier clothing brands. Its best quality is that it has a wide variety of fabric material from all leading fabric companies including Indian and Foreign companies. A must visit place for selecting fabric for suit. It also has a inhouse tailor, which has expertise.

It's a cloth shop. Basically sales weeding costumes and branded fabrics. Its a very old and famous cloth shop in Bhubaneswar.
The shop is at Ashok Nagar and clearly visible from Janpath in normal traffic.
The store is not so cheap or costlier, it depends on your budget.
