Hello Aquib Yasin, Thank you for taking out your time to write your review for us. At the onset, I would like to share that we are nothing less than shocked by the manner you have described our services. I would like to clarify this to you and everyone else who reads this reply that whatever is mentioned in the review, is far away from the truth. I remember very well Yasin coming to my shop and asking for an urgent alteration of his trouser. Even though we are always neck deep in work and deliverables, understanding the urgency, I said yes to Yasin’s ask. The day he was supposed to collect his clothes, we tried calling and contacting him to delay a bit in collecting his clothes, but to no avail. As we could not find the thread that perfectly matched the color of his trousers, we went to get the thread from the marketplace and that was the only reason we wanted Yasin to come a bit late for the pick-up on that Saturday. Anyways, as it would be, Yasin came over to collect his trousers before we were able to finish the alteration. At that time, I told him the issue with the thread and asked him to come back in 15-30 minutes. He did that and when he tried the trousers on, he even complimented that the alteration was done well. Also, there were no complaints from his side about our service charge; neither at the time when he dropped his clothes, nor at the time of making the payment. Overall, we feel that there was nothing that we, as customer and alteration shop, could not have sorted just by talking and clarifying. The only issue here was that we could not tell Yasin to come a bit late as his trousers would not have been ready. It is just sad to read that even after going out of our way to help Yasin, we are subjected to such a review which does not show our services and what we stand for in true light.
