Had a fantastic experience at The Raymond Shop, Koramangala—highly recommended! I was on the lookout for a great suit for my engagement and initially visited Manyavar near Sony Signal, but the experience there was quite disappointing. Despite blocking their parking space for “customers,” the staff just stood inside watching me struggle to move the cones and park my bike myself. To make matters worse, when I shortlisted an outfit and wanted to video call my mom and fiancée (since coordination matters!), they created a big issue saying photos/videos weren’t allowed. That was the last straw, and I decided to walk out. Right after that, I noticed The Raymond Shop opposite and thought of giving it a try—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. The staff member Jecintha was extremely welcoming, patient, and attentive. She understood exactly what I was looking for and guided me through some excellent fabric options. Since I wanted something traditional, I decided on a Jodhpuri (Bandhgala) suit, and the team helped me customize it perfectly to my preferences. The real highlight was the fitting. When I went to collect the suit today, it fit like a dream! The tailor is incredibly skilled—he managed to give me a sharp, flattering silhouette and even made me look noticeably slimmer by smartly working around my belly area. Truly impressive craftsmanship. Overall, a seamless and pleasant experience from start to finish. Big thanks to Jecintha and the entire team at The Raymond Shop. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my wedding shopping as well!

Came here for the first time to get a trouser made for an elderly family member . Patrick at the store was very helpful. Right from helping select the material and then with measurement and billing . Even got a call to say pant ready please pick up Helped with trial as well Very well equipped store. Clean and neat All staff members very helpful too Tailor was patient and for dinner s a good job Tailoring is done for both ladies and gents trousers Gents suits, shirts, waist coats also tailored Thank you Patrick for super 5 star treatment and service Will definitely be back

I had a very disappointing experience at Raymond showroom in Koramangala. I purchased fabric for a festive outfit and gave it for stitching at the store. During the measurement process itself, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. I clearly mentioned that I did not want the shirt to be too tight, but my concerns were not taken seriously. When I tried the stitched shirt, it was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Even after requesting alterations, the fit was still not proper and did not meet expectations. Overall, the tailoring service was careless and unprofessional. It felt like a complete waste of money. I expected much better quality and attention to detail from a brand like Raymond.

Worst experience for alteration. We were asked to come twice but they refused to alter the suits even if they were all Raymond Suits. We wasted our time coming here twice, even though they assured us on phone that they do take alterations if they are Raymond Custom made suits. The store manager and the sales manager are either not aware of their store/company policies or like wasting consumer's time.
