They need to learn customer service. Got a suit stitched for 40k but felt like they are doing us a favour. Also, they charge more stiching than any other Raymond showroom and irony is they are not even that good at it. Couldn’t get it right twice. Try other outlets which are way better than this one.

The material and stitching were fine, but there was an issue with the trousers that I requested to be altered. However, despite multiple requests, they were uncooperative. Considering I spent nearly 4k on a basic pair of trousers, I am disappointed with their service.
