I had the opportunity to have my wedding lehenga designed and created by Shradha and her talented team! She was great to work with, initially setting expectations on what could be created within different prices ranges, and keeping us updated with photos throughout the the whole process. We had a tight timeline, as we live outside Bangalore and needed the dress before we left the city, and she got it to us well ahead of when we needed it! And the dress turned out beautifully!

First off.. Shradha is very sweet and warm. She keenly understands the requirements and sketches what she has in mind and shows references which are very helpful. Secondly, I have been her client since 2017.. and our goal of achieving a perfect outfit for any occasion has been consistent! The fit, the designs have always been great and i definitely recommend Shradha to ensure you get the outfit of dreams!

When I was first told about Shradha Ponnappa's , I wasn't very sure because I am very picky about the fitting of my blouse (for saree). However Durga pujo was round the corner and I had to leave for Kolkata for the festive month and had to get my blouse ready in literally 2 days. Shradhha's team was really nice to work with. My blouse was ready well in time, the fitting is amazing.. People loved what I wore..and I will definately be back. They are the ones I can trust, with my very prized handloom fabrics.

It was a lovely experience working with shraddha and her team, from the first meeting she is very transperant with her pricing and takes her time to explain the design and work with you in bringing your vision to life. I had a blouse and a dress custom made from her. The blouse was a perfect fit and barely needed any alterations. The dress on the other hand, the masterji misunderstood the pattern but Shraddha and her team ensured that it was rectified in a day and made according to design discussed. I have known Shradha for over a year now, and she’s a delight to work with. She is super responsive to calls and messages - Responds in minutes. I met Shradha accidentally around three years back and should I dare say it was love at first sight with her designs :) Very rarely you meet someone in life whom you feel knows you the best, and that was Shradha for me. Her ability to understand what you need and yet nudge you in the direction with what she believes is right for you is a super rare combination! She has designed multiple dresses for me including lehengas, ball dress, casual and western formals! The theme in all of them has been the essence of you she adds in everything she makes! It feels like it’s made for u! I am sure even she will agree that I am always “the last minute” client for her who needs everything at short notice. The best one I remember was when I called her on this evening in July’22 of this year and told her I had a sales kick off in Vegas for which I was leaving in 3 days and the theme for the event was gold! It kinda seemed impossible but Shradha took just 10 min to understand what I was looking for and she had already started working on the design! I didn’t make a single visit to her store. The dress was shipped to me well within time and was made elegantly! How she made the dress which fitted me so well without a single alteration is something only she knows! Shraddha was recommended to me by a close friend and that too during a crisis! My engagement was a few days away and I had gone to her with a blouse to be stitched for my important day. Not only did she and her team, especially Bhargavi and Niloufer, assure me that they will help me out but also deliver on their promise of a good fitted blouse. I have been Shraddha's customer for almost 5 years now and every time I get something stitched from her, it is so on point. The fits, the embroidery, the colors, everything is so classy and stylish. I love to go back to her every time during the festival seasons for my blouses, lehengas etc. She is also super quick with her work and her support staff is extremely helpful too.!

When I went for the trials she was attentive and acted on any changes that needed to be made and I got all of my outfits on-time on the day she committed to which helped reduce a lot of stress. The saree blouses were by far the best blouses I have ever gotten tailor made, they were absolute perfection, the fit and the look was amazing, super comfortable and the embroidery was so clean and classy. Shradha Ponnappa and team did an amazing job on my wedding outfits. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests despite the short notice. The quality of their work is fantastic. I am very happy with how my sangeet lehanga turned out. It was exactly as I had hoped. It was vibrant, unique, understated and classy. I also got all my wedding blouses done here. Bhargavi’s ideas for the embroidery and their fit were a dream. A couple of my wedding guests got their sangeet outfits done from here. The team worked with them over video calls to understand their style, fit and delivered them directly to the wedding venue. Overall, really appreciate the team and their work. High quality work combined with a modern fashionability.

Shradha- is a one stop solution for all your custom needs. I started working wih her during covid an thousand miles away- it was a short 10 minute call where I told her the colors and the attire I am interested in, all measurements were taken remotely and in 2 weeks she ships these amazingly made outfits with perfect fit, perfection, quality and beautiful design- I was spell bound. well, that's how it started and I continued to get outfits made from her. Trust me, every time she beats the previous order with her impeccable work. Couple of months ago- I dropped in few fabrics at the store and had 2 minutes conversation on what I wanted- mostly basic kurta- but as always she suggested she would use the fabric to make western outfits; one was a kalamkari silk fabric- 5 days later she sends those outfits in 5 days time right in time before I fly to bay area- best outfits ever. Everytime I wear them, receive so many compliments. Best thing about her is she doesn't suppress customer's idea but also she adds her designer hat and makes it beautiful than you imagined Shradha is the most hard working professional, perfectionist, best service you could ask for in the town, innovative, easy to work with. Now, after 2 years we just discuss 2-3 minutes on outfits but talk hours on so many facets of life, she's a humble human and a dear friend to me. Before I move to my experience working with Shradha and her team, I want to lay some context— I have recently moved to Bangalore, I have only been in the city for 3 months now, and have never gotten anything made for myself that didn’t involve my parents. When I was told that I had to find myself outfits for my brother’s wedding, I was extremely tensed. I was new to the city, I didn’t have friends who could give me references or take me around, and I wasn’t working with the largest budget. I visited some of the popular places that I found off of the internet, but I didn’t like anything. It was my luck that I randomly happened to walk into Shradha’s store one day, and I remember thinking that I shouldn’t expect too much. I was pleasantly surprised— I liked multiple options that were on display at the store, and instantly wished to meet Shradha to see what we could work with. As I said, I wasn’t working with the largest budget— Shradha was extremely willing to work with what I quoted, and gave me the reassurance that my outfit would still turn out to be as pretty as I wished it to be. And pretty it was! It’s the best bespoke outfit I have worn, and the experience of getting it made was seamless— I gave my measurements once, was regularly given updates on progress, the outfit was ready way before time, and it fit me perfectly in the first go! I wish to give my heartiest thanks to the entire team I worked with— Shradha, Nelofar, and Bhargavi; for being such lovely people to work with. Their work ethic is extremely rare to find, and it’s my good fortune that I could work with them. A girl dreams of a perfect wedding, perfect destination, perfect decor and most importantly perfect outfits for all her events. When it came to customising an outfit for my wedding I had none other than Shradha Ponnappa in my mind. I had seen her work closely and have always been a fan. She is so warm, a good listener and so patient. She made sure every detail I mentioned about how I want a dress to be she put it into reality. And for my mehendi I just mentioned the colour and she made the most amazing outfit. I couldn’t have asked for a better designer than her. I had a perfect wedding✨Thanks a MIL 💜

I recently gave two blouses for stitching and a saree for pico and fall. The blouses had simple designs, though one had a slightly different halter-style pattern. While the stitching was done well, it wasn't particularly exceptional, yet the total bill came up to ₹6000/-. When I went to pick up my blouses, which I hadn’t received yet, I also brought some of my mom's blouses for stitching. My mom only speaks Kannada, so I tried speaking to the person incharge in Kannada to help my mom understand, especially since these were her blouses. Even though the person incharge knows Kannada, she continued the conversation in English, which I felt was inconsiderate. Additionally, I was only given a three-day window for any alterations, which, considering the price I paid, is not reasonable. Overall, while the quality of stitching was good, the lack of flexibility and customer consideration was disappointing.

I’m so very happy and satisfied with the choice I made to get lehenga done by Shradha for my big day!! I was introduced to Shraddha by my younger sister during the Deepavali holidays 2022. From the time I entered her store, I was excited to see the unique colour combinations, never seen before designs. She was on a discount sale and I tried 3 outfits, They fit so well,and looked so great ad I picked all of them. They made me look 10 years younger :) Ever since, if I need a dress for an occasion, be it travel, a family get together or a wedding I go to her. Her designs are out of the world. Stitching and fit is impeccable. Unimaginable but beautifully blended colours. Variety of rare fabric And I don’t need to spend more than 10 mins shopping in her place, its like you utter a few words of what you want and she can produce a perfectly fitting one Thanks Shraddha for the beautiful dresses and great designs. You keep em coming and I will keep buying. I know I come for one dress or a blouse and don’t leave without 3-4 dresses :) My latest is a black skirt with British prints and I cannot wait to throw it on myself on my next trip to Delhi.

I got my saree blouses and lehengas stitched from their boutique and I must say that my garments felt like my second skin. I felt so much myself, that too on the most important event of my life. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than them for my special day. Their Spring Diaries collection is also so versatile and classy. The fabric, prints, designs.. Its so easy to carry yourself in them. All in all, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I would recommend their services 100%!

I stumbled upon Shraddha’s boutique through my sister who was eccentric to get her wedding reception Lehenga designed by Shraddha and her team, The final outcome was a very meticulously and artfully designed lehenga set of the dreams which encouraged me to give Shraddha a shot to design my lehenga too. And Blimey, I was blown away with the fitting, the style and the intricate design details that went into it. The lehenga was truly unique while also having Shraddha’s signature design. My sister and I are happy customers and will be frequenting her boutique. ✌🏻

Shradha’s studio is truly a hidden gem in indiranagar. She has such amazing and unique pieces especially lehengas. She has an exceptional team that always delivers in terms design and fit, even for last minute function plans. Shradha herself is very sweet and creative person. writing on behalf of my wife , we had terrible experience. shraddha should not even claim herself as designer. maybe she was good in beginning at start for few customers , but current experience she offered is probably pathetic experience.. she only loots money.. she is very limited in her knowledge and she believes what she knows about fabrics and designs and doesn’t seek improvement and only exhibits arrogance and doesn’t understand clients. she doesn’t hold responsibility and not even capable to deliver good product, only thing she knows is to lock in customer by taking initial payment and spoiled mood of wedding dress and situation. When one can’t deliver, just reply to customer it’s not possible rather than locking in and looting and giving false promise. Maybe she believes , people do come once for wedding and let’s loot as she is not interested in recurrence of customer to visit her back.. But this attitude of her towards clients will definitely bring her down one day as she is very arrogant in conversation post taking initial payment. She doesn’t believe in ‘Customer is king’ and every business who doesn’t embibe might see some initial success and fame, but will eventually definitely gets crashed.. Funny part is her staff are also equally arrogant . All arrogant people under one hood. one liner to describe Shraddha Ponappa - ‘Arrogant and Looting with lockin’. @shraddha.. Please take this as genuine feedback and try to improve.

Tried the place and designer for the first time after a friend’s recommendation. She was approachable and lovely at first. When the stuff got delivered to me and it was not what was promised, things turned out unpleasant. Disappointed with customer service. Poor fitting after taking my personal measurements Over promised and under delivered Not what I excepted from a personalised boutique place.

This boutique s just money looting place N the designer does not have any idea about wat cleint is saying.. what client want… she doesn’t care about your views, she designed 6 dresses for me none of them are worth it, she literally cheated me, she doesn’t care about our hard owned money, no patience no commitment, she took 3 long months to deliver my dress that too the cheapest fabric she picked even after ending paying high amounts.. completely waste off money she spoiled all my outfits, worst stitching,, she doesn’t care if the customer like outfit or not , designer Shraddha bothered only about her money, no guilt even after delivering worst product,beware if some one visiting, only they loot money and no bills for the amount we pay, I’ll never visit again I’ll not recommend anyone to this place However she is good and try to show, how best she can cheat and loot money from customers.. I had payed complete amount but I have never been provided any bill, show if you can before writing false statements, respect first customer and there hard owned money don’t JUST LOOT
