I particularly love the kanjeevarams on your site, both the sarees and the blouse fabrics. They are traditional yet unusual and of course authentic. I have purchased quite a few from your site over 14-15 years now and have identified many more to be purchased. I also like to see the saree draped on the models which gives a better understanding. Ordered two necklaces and a bugadi on October 8th for local Bangalore delivery—products are outstanding in quality and exactly as advertised. But customer service was a nightmare: promised tracking info never came until I chased them on the 15th, only to learn my bugadi color was unavailable. Switched to an alternative, yet shipment dragged until the 27th due to unannounced Diwali closures. Unacceptable delays and zero proactive communication for a same-city order!

They have a good collection of sarees, however their custonmer service is lousy. They take a long time to deliver and finally when they deliver it is not the one you have ordered. The whole process is painful, never going to buy from Sakhifashions again.

Buying sarees online is not an easy task. Nothing like purchasing in person but SakhiFashions never disappointed me. I have bought kanchivaram pure silk sarees to cotton sarees. All my saree collections from Sakhi are unique and beautiful. Loved the quality. If the sarees are available they will ship it internationally within a week. Raj and Gayathri from Sakhi support will be available anytime I have questions about a saree and send pictures. If you love traditional sarees with a modern twist this is the place.

EDIT : This comment is in reply to the comments by Sakhi fashions to my previous review.Dear Miss Neeta , we have never tried 35 sarees at once as claimed by you - nor do we have the patience to do so.Even if we try on multiple sarees, doesn’t mean 1 customer can buy everything they try. What is wrong in browsing through the collections before we make a decision? Have bought tons of sarees from Sakhi fashions online - kindly see the orders placed by us - it would be an endless list . Easily we have spent lakhs of rupees over the years .
You have kept count of the sarees we have tried - please do mention the number of sarees,blouse pieces, bags & petticoats we have bought over the years , I’m sure you will lose count 😊
The kalamkari saree you mentioned was a gift for someone- we obviously want to ensure everything is fine when it is a gift .
The reason we ask for customisations sometimes is because we thought we have that level of comfort & goodwill with you & your mother Chandra.( which you could have politely declined but you chose to be rude & also it wasn’t the 1st instance of such behaviour ). It was just a friendly ask,not a demand . Guess ,we were wrong about the comfort level after all. Sorry , we won’t bother you anymore. I wish you well & a happy new year 2026.

Have been a regular buyer at Sakhi fashions for many many years . But the owners have been rude to us time & again . This sort of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Customer service is an absolute zero. They have treated us very poorly. Love their designs but never ever want to go back to them again.I do wish there was an option for giving zero stars.

Maam your mother Latha Paramesh came to our boutique after having queried on whats app , we had reserved the saree for her without payment. She liked the saree and said she prefers another kanchi blouse and she would like the brand to exchange the blouse to which we replied that the blouse which comes is woven along with the saree and cannot be swapped, she asked 4 times , we asked 4 times and replied saying it would be difficult but she kept saying "I know the owners you get it changed" we had other customers to who were listening in to such demands and were getting affected . We have never been rude to maam. Always we spend so much time and put in so much effort in trying to please her recently draped over 35 sarees over half a day on repeat and she ended up buying just one saree. She even purchased a Kalamkari saree complained the blouse was missing but we assured her the blouse was checked and sent but then again we said share picture so we can confirm but she never replied after that. Maam started our humble boutique 20years back in Indiranagar and we have many customers, but i guess some customers just cannot be satisfied , team has made all tempts to make Mrs. Latha Paramesh happy.

Extremely Poor & Unprofessional Service
I ordered a ₹25,000 sari on February 14th for a wedding on March 5th. I have neither received the parcel nor a refund.
I have called at least 25 times. Every time I was told I would get an update — which never happened. I spoke to the manager, Mr. John, and a staff member, Ms. Meneka. Neither provided a clear answer. They repeatedly promised delivery “soon” and specifically assured me it would arrive on Wednesday.
Wednesday has passed. No parcel. No refund. No response.
Very disappointing and completely unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My original order was placed on May 26th, 2025 - credit card was immediately charged. Today is Jan 3, 2026 - My saree is still not delivered to me. I counted the number of texts between May and now that I have sent - 57 messages; 43 phone calls- I have not yet received the product that I was charged for almost 7 months back - no refund offered! Isn’t this what typically what we would call a business fraud? My credit card company won’t refund the money as it’s way more than 2months since I made the purchase. I am waiting for the boutique to come to their senses and find time to resolve this but they are busy with the photo shoots and new years events. Shouldn’t resolving customer order related issues for which boutique has charged the money 7 months back (for the product that was supposed to get delivered in 30days as per sales person’s guarantee) be the top priority for the owners and managers?

I have been ordering from Sakhi Fashions for nearly 10 years I used to love their products. Based on that past experience, I ordered a saree for my mother this April, but the experience this time was horrible.
Initially, within a week, they sent me a picture of a different but similar saree. When I insisted on the one I had ordered, they promised to ship it in 15 days. But 15 days became 30, then 45, and the waiting never seemed to end. Each time their response was different and unclear.
After more than 20 days, I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. That began another frustrating process — they kept giving excuses like “our accounts person comes in once a fortnight” and delayed the refund endlessly. Then, shockingly, after around 45 days, they shipped the saree anyway, despite my cancellation request, and sent it to the same address where no one was available anymore. Naturally, the delivery failed.
I had to make 10+ calls a day just to chase my money. Thankfully, after weeks of follow-up, I finally got my refund — and I feel lucky compared to others who haven’t. During this ordeal, I even thought of approaching the consumer court several times.
My mistake was trusting my old good experience and not checking recent reviews. Clearly, their service has changed completely from what it used to be.

Update: Stay away from this store. I had ordered a kanchi saree for an upcoming event. Prior to ordering the saree, they had assured that saree will be available in 15 -20 days. It’s been more than 30 days and they have stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages.

Customer service is bad. I had ordered three cotton sarees for my mother “Order# 31769”. Only two were delivered. They have been promising that the third saree is in process , but it has been more than 30days since it was ordered. They don’t respond to my messages accurately with details and every time I ask for refund , they move the conversation to “we will ship a similar saree”. I did choose a similar saree and yet it has not been shipped after 15 days. I have ordered both expensive and inexpensive sarees here in the past and had liked their designs. I won’t be a returning customer because of their incompetent customer service. To the owner : “learn to give a honest update to your customer instead of ghosting them once the payment process is done”. To other customers: “choose cash on delivery, so you don’t have to deal with refund hassle”

I would especially mention my interaction with Mr Manoj who attended to me in a most professional manner as my order had some workmanship problem . He even suggested me various options on video call so that I could easily choose items from their store and finalise my order on phone. Finally, my stuffs were promptly delivered within 2 days . 2025 April 21st order was placed for mobile pouch on website. Order No. #31315.
2 Months 10 days for today. But order hasn't been delivered as promised by customer care team member even after 2 months 10 days.
Every 15 days calls r made just to buy time and break the promise previously made to deliver within 15 days. Every time fake reasons r provided saying Fabric isn't available, Karigar is on leave bla bla bla.
Looks like these people are just sponsored sites nowadays and have lost previous genuinity in delivering products. Their team are just making excuses to deliver the booked product. And the thing to be noted is b4 placing order they all had world's time to msg and call up and request to place order.
Eating someone's hard earned money leads u nowhere. U guys will be remembered just as frauds.
They hv blocked me up from their page neither they are replying on whatsApp.
Guys beware b4 buying from sakhi fashions they will block u and stop replying you too.

Different fabric was chosen 15 days back on their request and today july 29th after 3 months 10 days a big sized pouch was delivered than the dimensions mentioned b4 and now again waiting for exchanged proper product to be delivered. (Thanks to Menaka for making at least this possible for now)
Note * Client isn't getting what is ordered as mentioned on website/Customer isn't valued at all/no proper replies/delays/clients are made to compromise to buy what is available/blocking up/Owners r too least bothered to reply to msgs etc

Lousy customer service..I ordered a sari on 7th August, as I needed it for an occasion on 28th. On 22nd the support staff told me its not ready as its pre order! She offered to replace the order with a ready sari which she promised would be delivered in 3-4 days. I belived her words & placed the order by paying extra amount. I called the support team today i.e. 25th Aug & they're telling me that the order is yet to be dispatched!! Such incompetent liars you guys have hired !! Now the purpose of my order is defeated. I m highly disppointed & frustrated with your service @ sakhifashions. Never going to deal with you again.

Please don't buy this company. I have ordered a saree on Feb 19 which was supposed to be delivered on March 21.
I wanted it for a family event on Apr 14th. Wheni called them and asked in Apr 7, tht lady told me it ll be delivered on Apr 9th. But I haven't received it. So on Apr 21st, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. Till this date, I haven't received any refund. When I asked them about it they told me tht their accountant only have to see it and he is on leave for his engagement. I am trying to reach them out on calls and WhatsApp but no proper response

Sakhi always has a lovely collection of sarees, and it’s a pleasure shopping there. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that most of the sarees on display had visible dirt marks, which was quite disappointing. This made me hesitant to pick from the available selection, leading me to pre-order instead.
While I understand that frequent handling by customers can cause this, it would be great if the store ensured better maintenance and cleanliness of the displayed sarees. Regular cleaning or rotating fresh pieces on display would enhance the shopping experience. Looking forward to my pre-ordered saree and hoping for an improved in-store experience next time!
