I’m so much thankful for Aunty. She helped me at my most critical time. I got the outfit elsewhere and when I tried the night before my wedding reception night it didn’t fit at all, I couldn’t get into it and I panicked. I’m new in the city and I don’t know any tailors around the place. On top of this, it was Saturday morning and I needed to do my alterations as early as possible. I randomly found “Brigit Boutique” in google map and called immediately in the morning. More than a business owner, Aunty is such a gem of a person. She picked me from my stay place and took me to her shop and altered the Lehanga top within half an hour. She indeed dropped me back at my place. I’m so much grateful for her for making me look like this in my reception. Thank you so much aunty for your help .

I had an urgent requirement for getting my unstitched kurti tailored, and this boutique did an absolutely amazing job! They managed to stitch it in less than 48 hours, which most other boutiques weren’t even willing to take up. Not only was the delivery super quick, but the stitching quality was excellent and the finishing was perfect. The overall service—from responsiveness to delivery—was smooth and impressive. On top of that, the charges were very reasonable. I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Charged 4500rs for a simple blouse with minimal embroidery even though I provided all the materials. The fitting was extremely poor, and despite 3 alteration attempts, it still looks like a misfit. The inside finishing is untidy with loose threads that cause irritation while wearing.

Worst tailor... Not even one Star worth. We got fooled with the Google reviews.
1) Very expensive... Not at all worthy.
2) Charges Rs.850/- for dress materials & Rs. 50/- extra for dupatta ( iam surprised, as dupatta is part of dress materials & why to over charge? 😞).
3) Spoiled expensive dress material with in appropriate measurements.
4) They tried doing multiple alterations but ended up spoiling dress material completely.
Very much dissatisfied & disappointed.
" First visit ended up with bitter experience.....".

I gave my unstitched Salwar kameez, and Mrs. Brigit has done an amazing job with the material, the stitching is perfect and most important thing is, it was delivered well before the time she had said. I greatly recommend this Boutique. Looking forward for many more dresses to be stitched.

I went there after seeing good reviews and ratings but very disappointed with their styling and stitching...spoiled the material with very lame designing.. fit was absolute disaster.. i couldn't even save it now.. worst experience for me.. Lesson learnt: Always do a trial stitching with a simple blouse/dress with any tailor despite their 5star ratings and reviews.

Worst….when I called her she told 1000 for blouse and at the end she charged 2200 only because I asked for a scallop pattern which she don’t even do it neat…..Don’t be fooled by positive comments

I gave my blouse and Lehenga for alteration. The worker took my measurements and everything and promised to give it 2 days later. When I asked for price, she said she will check with the owner and let me know. After 2 days when i went there, the owner said the work is not done (it’s just before Diwali) and apparently she called me multiple times to check and she said I didn’t pick the call and they were not sure what to do (this is after me explaining everything and giving measurements). The owner started suggesting me to return the legenga because she was quoting extremely high price for the work and i said it’s too much.
Horrible experience. Took my clothes back without getting any work done.

Sorry to say I tried calling u two days ago u did not pick my calls so we were hesitant to do the work without discussing the price. When I told reasonable price u were not happy u said u will get stitch somewhere else.

I had a Mysore silk saree blouse stitched, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Even though the tailor took my measurements, the fitting was completely off — the sleeves were too loose, and the back was so tight that I couldn’t even close it. I had clearly asked for a V-neck design with a deep cut, but they ruined that too.Honestly, it was one of the worst tailoring experiences I’ve had even after redoing it twice they have made same mistake again.

Very prompt in delivery- I got a few blouse alterations and also converted an old sari into kurta and a dress and very satisfied with the result. Minor adjustments had to be made while fitting based on sizing but Bridget and her team were very supportive and helpful and did it immediately and I am very happy with the results. Will highly recommend.

I went for alteration, hardly was there any alteration done saying it is very tough when I went to recieve it, and that too used white threat for my blue dress. Please inform your customers well before accepting the order. For a very small alternation on the 1/4th part of my hand sleeve, she charged 100 rs.

First of all , the owner of the boutique is a lovely lady , very sweet , genuine and compassionate, something very rare to expect from a total stranger .
Now regarding the stitching, i got a blouse stitched from the boutique to wear to wedding, the fabric i had was a cut piece fabric which was actually not adequate for blouse , but she still managed to make a well fitted blouse out of it as per the design given by me , didn't have to even get any adjustments done , the fit was perfect.
All in all , I'll recommend you to visit the boutique without second thoughts !
