I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I gave the tailor a blouse piece of my expensive choli with specific embroidery work, but he completely ignored the patterns while stitching. The embroidery is now cut off, making the entire blouse look cheap and ruined as you can see in the picture. Also he charged me 3000 rupess but the work wasn't even worth of 1000 rupees. Also, the tailor brothers do not have any manners in communication with ladies and were extremely rude when asked to repair the work. I finally had to fight to get 2000 rupees compensation. They just simply refused to accept their mistakes. They charge over price for the work just because you are NRI. If you have expensive fabric or detailed work, do not trust this place. They clearly don’t have the expertise or the care to handle delicate designs.

Dear Ma’am, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. We stitched two blouses for you. One blouse was completed perfectly as per the discussed measurements. In the second blouse, a small portion of the embroidery was impacted due to the limitations of the ready-made embroidered fabric and the necessary fitting adjustments, not due to any stitching error from our side. Even though we believe there was no mistake from our side, we still reduced ₹2000 from the total bill amount of ₹6000 as a goodwill gesture to maintain a positive relationship. We would also like to mention that during the discussion, the conversation became uncomfortable for us. Despite this, we remained respectful and tried to explain the situation calmly.
