Worst experience. Not at all responsive. Gave an order 2 months prior to my wedding day and got delivery just a day before when the actual date of delivery was within 20 days. The owner and his father are not even accepting their mistake. I recommended some of my family members too. But now i regret suggesting to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Kept calling them and still no one answers any calls.

Extremely poor experience. The shop promised to deliver my wedding clothes by 13th January, but it’s still not ready. They keep giving excuses and no proper update. Very unprofessional, especially when it comes to something as important as a wedding.

Skip this place.. Made completely bad quality and ask to repair, they promised to do it and it’s been week but no one answers phone. Total lie, Krunal and Vipual are going to pay for it in long run. I am sure they are doing this to 100 other people.

Terrible customer service and zero accountability.
I gave them my kurta for alteration and was clearly promised it would be ready by November 10. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they kept delaying every time I followed up, saying “no tailor is available” — which is not the customer’s problem. Don’t make commitments you can’t keep.
When I finally went to pick up my clothes so I could take them somewhere else, they told me the person who knows where my clothes are “isn’t in yet” and they have no idea where my items are. Seriously? You can’t even return my own clothes on time, especially when I’m already in a rush.
This place constantly makes excuses, breaks promises, and leaves customers hanging. Avoid this shop — they lie, they don’t deliver, and they take no responsibility.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this clothing shop. When I went to place my order, the vendor promised a specific delivery date. A few days before, I called to confirm and he said the clothes were ready. But when we reached the store, he completely denied it and started making excuses. The way he spoke to us felt like we were the ones owing him something. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

They dont have enough staff to fulfil the orders they take.After sale service is so bad that i had to like 10 times just for a basic pant for refitting! Sometimes they say its lost sometimes they say im not able to find it.

I could give negative ratings if available as I have tailored 3 pairs in April for family function and all trousers are damaged.
There was no issue but when I have highlighted the person said that you have used the trousers second time hence the problem encountered and it’s normal

Overconfident about his work... I told him to do slim fit of shirts.. totally bed feeting .. I told him to take reference of my old shirt ...he become over confident and do the same mistake ....
In one time wear and wash my pant stiches removed .....

Caution caution! Do not go to this shop ,totally liers and owners and staff are actors. We got suite stitched for my son wedding totally mess. Inspite of giving trial no alteration was made, since they know we have to leave Ahmedabad/India.They delivered dirty suite shirt and lots of drama for delivery I appeal all customers not to go there and not recommend NRI to even visit the place. Totally waste of money we spent @49000 and result is not statisfactory. Though we have gone there through reference spoiled our relationship with family friend. I am planning to take them in consumer court for not providing services they charged for.

worst service and they would talk very sweetly before you give them order but once you give order they behave ridiculously. They donot have sense to talk with ladies totally misbehaved with my fiancé. They literally told me we donot care about you or your clothing we only need money whether it fits you or not.

BEWARE, THE SHOP OWNER MR. KUNAL IS AN ACTOR AND A LIAR WHO WILL WIN YOU WITH ACTING SKILLS. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. The shop owner Mr. Kunal is a con artist. He sweet talks when you first go for the shopping. He is extremely courteous and kind on the day of shopping. He makes all kinds of big fake promises to sell you the sherwanis and blazers. After deal is sealed and he is given money, the real problem starts. He will l not keep a single promise or any timeline promises. This person is a very good liar. Do not fall for his promises. He will ruin your timeline and give you massive anxiety right before your wedding. Only make online payments as a proof and record everything, the conversation you have in store and also the phone calls. Otherwise this dude will not care about you once the money is paid.

Worst place for any kind of cloth/ apparel purchase. Worst behavior of staff and especially the owner Mr. BHARAT. Delivery times are way too high more than 20 days fir a regular pair of shirt anf trouser. And there is no guarantee that they will give you delivery on committed date. Seriously telling anyone reading this - DO NOT TRUST THE DATE THEY GIVE. KEEP A MARGIN OF ATLEAST 10 DAYS. I wont recommend this to anyone. Behavior, professionalism, attitude, service quality is below third grade. You are wasting ur time and money if you are considering this JB master. Honest advice -, AVOID THIS ONE. ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR BIG DAY LIKE ENGAGEMENT / MARRIAGE.
